Membership & Cancellation Policy

The short version
- No contracts. Your membership renews monthly until you cancel.
- Cancel by the 15th. To stop a month's payment, email your cancellation by the 15th of the month before. To stop your December payment, email by November 15.
- All payments are non-refundable. No refunds for partial months, and no refunds for calls or events you don't attend.
1. Your membership
Connect and Conquer is a monthly membership offered by Chris Johnson Leadership Services LLC. Your membership includes access to live group coaching calls, training and the member community as described on connectandconquer.community.
2. Billing
- Your membership is billed monthly through Square, starting on the day you join.
- Your membership renews automatically each month and your card on file is charged until you cancel under Section 3.
- You pay the monthly price shown at the time you join.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time by emailing cjleadershipservices@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership." Please include your name and the email address you used at checkout. You'll receive a reply confirming your cancellation.
The 15th-of-the-month deadline: To stop the payment for a given month, your cancellation email must be received on or before the 15th of the month before.
- If your email is received on or before the 15th, no further payments will be charged starting the following month.
- If your email is received after the 15th, the next month's payment will still be charged, and your cancellation takes effect after that month. You keep full access for any month you have paid for.

4. Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds or credits for partial months. If you cancel partway through a paid month, you keep access through the end of that month, but no portion of the payment is refunded.
- No refunds for unused access. Payments are not refunded if you do not attend live calls, events or use other parts of the membership.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
